Father Yermo High school  Plan.   

Every Texas student is required to earn at least 26 credits in order to graduate.  Father Yermo High School surpasses those requirements by offering the “Distinguished Level of Achievement Plan” , a program with 30 credits for graduation.  Father Yermo also expands the excellence by offering ENDORSEMENT PLANS which are specialized courses that guide students according to their talents and aptitudes, and prepare for their future professional occupation. 

DISTINGUISHED LEVEL PLAN: 

 Faith Formation                 4 credits              STEAM ENDORSEMENT  Plan requires  5 (five)

 English                             4 credits             advanced courses in Math, 5 (five) of Science,

Mathematics                      4 credits             plus Robotics Programming and Design elective.

Science                             4 credits

Social Studies                    4 credits              GLOBAL LEADERSHIP PLAN   requires 5 (five) of Social

PE/Health                          1.5 credit       Studies, Communication Applications,

 Speech                            .5 credits             Technical writing, and   4 (four) Years of Spanish AP.* 

Foreign Language               3 credits

Fine Arts                            1 credit         MULTIDISCIPLINARY ENDORSEMENT PLAN requires 4

Electives                            4 credits        (four) advanced courses and 4(four) dual credit courses.
